During the personal consultation, you'll be introduced to some of the family office strategies we use to reduce taxes, identify protection opportunities, and enhance your wealth planning to create a multigenerational legacy.
Once you come on board as a client, you will be welcomed into the TSP Family Office – meeting with your team of experienced tax and financial strategists. During the meeting, we will work with you to develop a comprehensive annual plan for achieving your goals and multigenerational legacy.
Drew Miles holds a B.S. in Political Science with a Minor in Sociology, as well as a Juris Doctor, from Hofstra University. He was admitted to the New York and Federal Bar in 1988. Mr. Miles currently maintains FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 registrations. Mr. Miles’ original practice specializing in business and real estate transactions developed to offering tax advisory services to high-net-worth clients through Tax Saving Professionals, founded in 1999.
Patricia Miles holds two Human Resource certifications as PHR and SHRM-CP. She has an undergraduate degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Mary’s University. Prior to joining our team, Patricia worked as a consultant in the fashion, advertising, and marketing industries and started her own production company, creating fashion, film shoots, and events. Her projects included corporate educational conferences and sales events, as well as a national model search tour for Proctor & Gamble.
John Scott has more than 30 years of business experience including management, finance, and operations. John has worked in the financial arena for the past 15 years. Prior to this time, he had an impressive 21-year career with FedEx, during which he was recognized for his achievements in exceeding financial and operational expectations. Recognizing that one of the biggest obstacles preventing true success for business owners and individuals was tax-related, John formed a tax relief company in 2007 focusing on tax debt solutions, tax planning, and tax preparation.
Megan Vickers earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Hofstra University in New York in 2005. She earned her Master in Taxation from Nova Southeastern University in 2019. She is a dual-licensed CPA in Florida and New York. Megan’s professional background spans over 13 years, during which time she held financial leadership roles at various locally and nationally based companies in the areas of financial reporting and analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Ted Zamerski joined our team from a Registered Investment Adviser Firm where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. As CFO he was responsible for directing the company’s overall financial policies, and as CCO he was responsible for directing programs, policies, and practices to ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements. A CPA with the PFS Credential, Ted is uniquely able to combine the objectivity, integrity, and experience that are the hallmarks of the CPA profession with specialized expertise.
Tom Gibson has over 30 years of experience in public, corporate, and non-profit accounting. A 1986 graduate of Lee University in Cleveland, TN with a BS in Accounting, Tom has been a CPA licensed in Tennessee since 1991 and is also licensed in Florida. His public accounting experience ranges from staff accountant to, most recently, owning his own practice which specialized in offsite CFO services to small and medium-sized businesses. In the corporate realm, Tom served as Vice President of Finance for Check Into Cash and as Associate CFO for American Uniform Company.
John Kloss has over 30 years of experience in retirement and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals. As an attorney and former trust officer, he helps clients map out six categories of assets to provide for a comfortable retirement and a tax efficient transfer of wealth to future generations. His experience ranges from leading estate planning teams, to trust officer with large banks to operating his own fiduciary consulting firm. He received his JD from Chicago-Kent School of Law.
Brian Shey possesses an extensive background in the financial industry and received his B.S. in Finance at the University of Florida. His experience spans over two decades of service. From helping clients choose life insurance to guiding them on their retirement plans, investments, and protecting their assets, Brian always emphasizes the importance of aligning values with a plan of action. He truly puts our client’s interests first every day.
Kami Elhert earned her degree in paralegal studies and having spent seven years in a city law office, she is cultured in the jargon of legislation. She has also learned the ins and outs of insurance working with Liberty Mutual Insurance. Kami joined TSP Family Office in 2017 and has been a great asset to our company.
Crystal Holland received her degree in business management from Brevard Community College and has spent over 20 years in different business sectors — management, customer relations, sales, marketing, and accounting. Her broad experience in assisting high-net-worth clients and corporations position her as invaluable in assisting TSP Family Office clients.
Elizabeth Marchesi earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management followed by a Paralegal certificate. She has over 30 years of business experience including real estate, technology, construction, and wealth management. Regardless of the industry, her focus is always on the client. Elizabeth combines administrative expertise with client compassion and an innate understanding of needs.
