We are growing rapidly and seeking innovative, forward-thinking candidates like you who are interested in joining our organization in our Vero Beach headquarters in the position of Finance Controller.

The Financial Controller is responsible and committed to execute and uphold the companies’ visions, by providing financial information in a timely manner and meeting all deadlines for deliverables that is essential to the formulation of policies by key decision makers. While also, maintaining financial records that are reliable and within the confines of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The ideal candidate must have experience with complex tax, accounting, and financial issues, as well as complex entity and banking structures.

Qualified candidates have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelors or master’s degree in finance or Accounting
  • Advanced degree, Master’s in taxation or Master of Business Administration
  • Licensed CPA preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in accounting and tax preparation
  • Strong organizational, computational, and analytical skills
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Strong professional judgement skills
  • Developed skills in self-management and prioritization
  • Strong research skills
  • Excellent human relations and communications
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications including Microsoft Office Suite and Ultra Tax and CRM
  • Very detail oriented and able to function in a fast-paced environment with the ability to take imitative and be flexible
  • Proficient knowledge of the tax code, business structure, asset protection, audit experience and documentation for all tax related matters.
