The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for collecting and analyzing clients’ tax and financial information to support legal and documented tax reduction, asset protection and financial strategies, as well as meeting with clients to help understand their personal and professional goals. Additional responsibilities include responding to client requests, tracking and promoting client opportunities, and owning the client relationship.

Qualified candidates have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with three years of experience or high school diploma with 5-7 years of progressive work experience
  • Financial or paralegal background a plus!
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Strong professional judgment skills
  • Developed skills in self-management and prioritization
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications including Microsoft Office suite and CRM experience
  • Comfortable with virtual meetings and client interaction
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is flexible, and is confident taking initiative
  • Teachable spirit and willingness to fight for the vision
