Job Description

As a sales representative you will initially be handling warm inbound calls or leads, consulting with high-income individuals on their tax and financial needs, and then presenting personalized solutions developed by our team of strategists to lower the prospective client’s taxes, grow their retirement in tax advantaged ways, protect their assets and create generational wealth. You will interact with prospective clients through calls, emails, texts, video and speaking engagements. As you develop, you will need to identify and nurture opportunities to meet potential clients and develop strong strategic partnerships and referral sources.

A base compensation is offered plus commission and bonus with no limit in commission earnings. Advancement for successful salespeople can happen quickly for those who are able to leverage their experience building strategic partner relationships. This position is responsible for introducing clients to unique tax-saving, asset-protecting, and legacy-building strategies.

Pay Details

  • Total average first year earnings range from $52K-$75K through a combination of base salary and uncapped commissions
  • Top Sales Representatives have the potential to make $150K-$250K+ annually

Other Details And Requirements

  • We are offering traditional in office positions work, as well as remote positions, depending on location
  • Ability and willingness to travel nationally 2 to 6 times per year
  • The first 4 weeks of training will be in person at company headquarters in Vero Beach, Florida for remote positions
  • Associate degree preferred with at least 2 years of experience in direct sales
  • An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping people
  • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and existing clients
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Strong telephone, email, and presentation skills with proficiency in multiple software applications including Microsoft Office
